The property is suitable for up to 8 people and has been furnished to a luxury standard. To the front is a driveway with space for 2 cars and the garden is laid to lawn. The garage has been converted into a recreation room that includes a Full Size American Pool Table and an Infra-Red Sauna. At the rear of the property is a large enclosed garden safe for children to play in. There is a large decked area where you can sit and relax with a glass of wine or fine whisky. Or for that extra bit of luxury you may want to watch the world go by while you relax in the Hot Tub. If the mood takes you and you feel like a brisk walk there is access to the Orbital path around Aviemore which is one of the possible routes to the town centre.
